District of Columbia +18.8% from last Quarter
+ 5.6% compared to last year
Maryland +15.2% from last Quarter
+ 4.4% compared to last year
Virginia - .7% from last Quarter
-1.4% compared to last year
Nationally +3.8 from last Quarter
-2.9% compared to last year
